ActiveEarth 3.1 License Agreement

Please carefully read this agreement between you and Norris Family Industry.

Trialware
ActiveEarth is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. At the end of the evaluation period, the software will expire and require activation with a license key. You may purchase a license key from the ActiveEarth website at http://www.activeearth.com. The license key is a token from Norris Family Industry given to you only for your personal use of the software. You may not share or otherwise make public the license key.

There is no trial version of the AccuWeather® forecast data contained in the ActiveEarth World Time and Weather Clock. However, once the appropriate license key is purchased, your evaluation version of ActiveEarth can be fully unlocked to access weather forecast data.

Scope of License
ActiveEarth is licensed to you, the user. This means that you may use it on as many computers as you regularly use. If another person is benefiting from your copy of ActiveEarth on a regular basis, that person should buy his own copy. The ActiveEarth installation package may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of ActiveEarth without written permission from Norris Family Industry.

Copyright
All copyrights are held by Norris Family Industry. You may not copy, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not copy, share, post, or reverse engineer the license key or the unlocking mechanism. Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Norris Family Industry. ActiveEarth or its add-on components may contain images that are governed under separate copyrights.

Acceptance
Installing and using ActiveEarth signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license please exit the installation program and remove it from your computer.
